Annual Fees

An annual Operation & Maintenance (O&M) Fee will be applicable and will be determined once the design has been developed.

East Gippsland Shire Council offers the lowest cost berthing fees for its extensive range of services, lower than any other marina business in the industry.

Marina Business Corporate Governance Structure

The East Gippsland Shire Council has an established Marina Customer Consultative Committee (MCCC) which consists of Representatives of each of its Marinas providing advice direct to Council on the management of its Marina Business with transparency of financial records.

When considering safe long-term investment in a new jetty berth, there are very few other Marina Businesses that have such an established Corporate Governance structure as East Gippsland Shire Council.
